Scheduling Process
Initial Contact: If you are unsure about what service will meet your needs please feel free to fill out the contact form here and Ash will be in touch in 24-48hrs to recommend service options that they think will work for you. Alternatively you can book a free 15 minute consultation through our scheduling system if you would like to chat to Ash face-to-face. If you know what you want, please feel free to book your service, please note the new client and returning client options.
Book your session: We use an online scheduling system that's easy to navigate. Choose your service, time and day, fill in the forms and you will receive confirmation via email.
Please select the service that best applies to you:
New clients: choose a service labelled (New Client)
Returning clients: choose a service labelled (Returning Client)
You’ll see these labels in the booking list to help guide your selection.
Pre-session Paperwork: Before your first session, you must complete some basic forms and agree to our terms and conditions. If you have any questions feel free to email Ash@NeuroKindCounselling.com. Returning clients will only need to agree to terms and conditions.
Appointment Access
Once booked you will receive a link to the meeting via google meet. Google meet has encryption and follows industry standards like DTLS and SRTP for secure communications. Google does not use meeting content for advertising purposes. Only participants provided with the link can join the meeting.
Click on the link to enter the virtual waiting room. Ensure you're in a quiet location, free from distractions, with a drink or any comfort items you like. You can enter the virtual waiting room 10 minutes before your appointment; if you have any issues connecting, please email, text or give Ash a call and they will help you.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand life happens. Here's how our cancellation policy works to keep things fair.
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours ' notice. This way, we can fill your slot with someone else.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you'll receive a full refund because we know that sometimes things pop up unexpectedly.
Cancellations After 24 Hours: If you need to cancel after your 24-hour notice period, no worries! You'll receive a 50% refund for your booking.
Re-schedule appointment: If you need to reschedule you can find the re-schedule button in your email confirmation, this must be submitted 12 hours prior to appointment.
No Shows: No refund if you don't show up or let us know.
We understand that unexpected things can happen. In the case of emergencies or sudden illness, please get in touch as soon as possible, and we may be able to waive the fee at our discretion, particularly if you are re-scheduling your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
